Feast on freshly baked khachapuri (Georgian cheese bread), juicy khinkali (soup dumplings), char-grilled mtsvadi, smoky badrijani nigvzit, hearty lobio, fragrant pkhali, and sweet churchkhela — all prepared on-site from authentic family recipes.
Wash it down with delicious Georgian wine from the country that invented winemaking over 8,000 years ago, then let the music move you: live Georgian polyphonic singing — a UNESCO Intangible Cultural Heritage — thunderous folk dance from Adjara, Kartli, and Svaneti, and a special performance by the beloved Trio Mandili.
